Shipping and Cancellation Policy SHIPPING We ship Pan India. We have standard shipping charges worth on orders ₹150 or more based on the weight of the shipment. We accept Prepaid orders. Cash on delivery is currently not available It takes 24-48 working hours to process the order after we have received the confirmation for the same. It takes approximately 5-7 working days to deliver the order after the order has been processed. We require a minimum order value of ₹850 exclusive of shipping charges. One unit equals 0.5 meter fabric. It does not affect your ordered quantity. It is not applicable to Mix Match combo sets, Suit sets and Dupattas. CANCELLATION You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse which is notified through an email within 24 to 48 hours from placing an order. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on our customer care number.

Return or Exchange Policy Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery; if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 3 days from the date of delivery. While we make sure to deliver the best, we do entertain returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or product damage. In case you did not like the product, you can exchange the fabric within 3 days from the date of delivery (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 2.5mtrs). In this case, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will exchange the fabric, if we receive the order request, within 3 days from the date of delivery. We have a simple and hassle-free Exchange Policy. We will try our best that you don’t face an issue like this again! When the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns or exchanges are not possible. No Exchanges would be acceptable if the Request is not within 3 days of receiving the product.
