FABRIC RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (India Only)

  • Fabric cut pieces below 5 meters are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, except in case of damage or incorrect item sent.
  • Fabrics purchased during sale or promotional periods are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Combo sets and unstitched suits are eligible only if damaged or defective.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as color preference, print liking, or fabric feel.
  • Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen differences are not considered defects.
  • Fabric must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with original packaging intact.

Reporting & Approval

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear photos or videos of the concern for verification.
  • All requests are subject to Quality Control approval.

Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged only if the issue is from our side, or customers may self-ship the product (AWB details must be shared).
  • The brand is not responsible for loss or damage during self-shipping.

Resolution

  • In approved cases, an exchange or refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be provided only in cases of damaged or defective fabric, after the product is received back and passes quality inspection.

 

READY-TO-WEAR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

(India Only)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for size change or product exchange.
  • One exchange per order is permitted.
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
  • Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Processing & Shipping

  • A ₹250 processing fee per product is applicable for reverse pickup.
  • Please share the payment screenshot for confirmation.
  • Customers may also self-ship the product (AWB details must be shared).
  • The brand is not responsible for loss or damage during self-shipping.

Inspection & Dispatch

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • After quality inspection, the exchanged item will be dispatched.

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Dislike due to color, print, or design preference.
  • Minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen differences.
  • Multiple exchange requests for the same order.

Return Policy

We don’t have any return policy. Since the fabrics are cut as per your requirement.

Returns are accepted only in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect product received
