Ordered Awaiting Confirmation -

While you place an order it may happen that due to high demand of the same order or various other orders by customers, the homepage might go in the state of updating the products. Which might lead to a delay in the order confirmation and this may take time. If not received beyond the set time then kindly contact our customer care.

Order Declined - Payment Unsuccessful

This may happen due to high demand for the product, unavailability or due to some error in the network. In such a case, please check your bank statement for any debit. In case of debit kindly contact our customer care or your issuing bank.

Order Confirmed

Once you're through all the necessary options required to place the order, you will get an order confirmation email. Which means that your order is placed and will be processed and dispatched in 2-3 working days.

Item Shipped

Once the item(s) is shipped, it may take up to 4-6 working days for your product to get delivered.

Delivered

The ordered item(s) has been delivered.

Order Refunded - It means your order has returned to the origin. The amount will be processed in your bank account in 6-7 working days.

You can check your shipping status on our shipping partner’s websites. You have received the tracking number and shipping details in your order confirmation email.
