Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery; if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 3 days from the date of delivery.

While we make sure to deliver the best, we do entertain returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or product damage.
In case you did not like the product, you can exchange the fabric within 3 days from the date of delivery (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 2.5mtrs).
In this case, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
We will exchange the fabric, if we receive the order request, within 3 days from the date of delivery.
