Shipping and Cancellation Policy SHIPPING We ship Pan India. We have standard shipping charges worth on orders ₹150 or more based on the weight of the shipment. We accept Prepaid orders. CANCELLATION You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse which is notified through an email within 24 to 48 hours from placing an order. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on our customer care number.

Return or Exchange Policy Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery; if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 3 days from the date of delivery. While we make sure to deliver the best, we do entertain returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or product damage. In case you did not like the product, you can exchange the fabric within 3 days from the date of delivery (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 2.5mtrs). In this case, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will exchange the fabric, if we receive the order request, within 3 days from the date of delivery.
